The opening prompt
Make a 2048-style sliding merge game but original in look: tiles are glowing nodes of increasing size and colour with names (Spark, Neuron, Layer, Network, Model, ...), each merge sends a small particle burst. 4x4 grid, smooth slide animations, score and best saved, one undo per game, win state at the top tile with option to continue. Swipe and keyboard.
What we learned
- First build passed a scripted logic test. Real play-testing and balance tweaks come next.
